How do I edit an imported form from a webpage url

i have her form brought up, however how do I make changes? 

May I know which form did you clone? All forms that are cloned into your account are edited same way you edit the form you build using the builder.

Once you successfully imported or cloned a form, you should be able to see it in the myforms page.
