Google Calendar integration does not recognize existing schedules on my calendar

    I am trying to configure google calendar in my jottform, but the program no recognize the dates that I am free. 

    Please find attached the appointment that I have for tomorrow August 20.The system provide that I am free for tomorrow all day, but I am really full and I cannot add more dates. Let me know what can I do in this cases.

    Please note that the integration only works one way. The system cannot read any existing schedule that is already on the calendar, it can only write into your Google Calendar.

    You will have to manually update your appointment field so that it will not include dates that is already full on your Google Calendar.
