Your system, under the HIPAA version, indicates information/answers from customers which is considered Protected Health Information, (PHI) if we turn this off, is the information still protected in your system under your Business Associate Agreement with us?

By default, all form fields on HIPAA Compliant accounts are Protected (PHI). If you set the field to “Not Protected”, you will be able to show the field data in Email Alerts.
Please note that the data will be encrypted even if you set form fields as “Not Protected”. Please check the following guide for more details:
