Good day, I hope you all are doing well!
When we complete our "Consultation Questions" page (which is a JotForm, and is linked below) and hit "Submit", the page rolls over to one of three "Thank you" page URLs based upon JotForm's conditional logic.
You pages are actually displaying the page that should be at the URL to which they are rolling over.
Somehow, the perfectly good URL (even with "smart complete" name and email suffix removed from the URL) is showing "page not found".
HOWEVER, upon refreshing the SAME URL in the SAME session, voila! It works.
Please help, this is the lifeblood of our business!

Hi,
Kindly disable Send Post Data on your Form Settings to fix the issue, since you are not processing anything on the page.

Jimmy, thank you for your response.
That may work temporarily, but since the intent is to pass the form data and have it work optimally as it did prior to breaking.
This may help isolate the issue, so I will try it and post the results here, then we can optimize from there.
