issue after saving

    I was creating a Customer Satisfaction Survey saving it along the way. Went to users guide. Came back & all my work was gone. Where'd it go?

    That's the template I used but none of my changes were saved. As I worked on it I was saving them. What happened to all the work I put into it and saved? Even the Auto Saved changes are gone!

    Unfortunately, nothing we can do. This usually happens if you open the form builder for the same form in two different browsers. And, the one you do not change also auto-saves and loses your changes. 

    The solution is to get backups of your form time to time using the Clone Foem feature as pinoytech suggested. 

    We have plans to find ways to prevent this from happening and make it possible to restore an old version of the form.

    The same thing happened to me, but twice on the same document. I feel sick to my stomach. I was only logged in on one browser and I saw the AutoSave activate. I'm nervous to even try it for a third time. Very Frustrating!!

    Thank you for contacting JotForm support. 

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you but I would like to assure you that form will not revert back to previous version without any reason. The form must have been open in another window or you must have clicked the browser back button. I can understand how frustrating it could be.

    I would suggest you to please clone this form and start working on the cloned form to find out if you still face this problem.
