Unable to submit form - ERR_UPLOAD_FILE_CHANGED

    I am getting this error since 5hours. I am trying to submit form created by SINE IIT BOMBAY NIDHI PRAYAS form. Please let me know the solution.

    Hi.got the same response (this site can't be reached).


    I filled the form again and submitted. This is the error I got.

    Please try using a different browser (e.g. Firefox, Brave Private Browser), or alternatively you can try submitting the form using a desktop device.
