Square Integration : How is merchant informed of subscription cancellations?

    Is there an update on this issue? 

    Currently the merchant is NOT informed in any kind of way when there is a subscription cancellation; therefore the text in the email that states "...The merchant will be notified about your cancellation"  is misleading. 

    I am using the same email address for Square and Jotform.  There is no email going to the Spam folder.  Please advise where/how the merchant is notified when a customer cancels subscription.
