Customer cancellation notification

    I'm using a registration form for webinars with payment, integrated with zoom and stripe. If a customer cancels their registration, is there a way for Stripe to do the refund automatically and for me to get notified of the cancellation/refund?

    Thank you for your message.

    At the moment is not possible to request an automatic refund in your Stripe account from the form, you need to access Stripe and make the refund manually.
