Simple Sign Up form

I am trying to create a simple sign in sheet for a team of school presenters.  It lists the name of the school and the dates.  Below this information I have used the fill in the blank format to describe what kind of presenter I need in this slot (male or female) then have the name field underneath.  Can I make this form where the other presenters can see who has already signed up for a slot?
