    Can't see My Forms

    For the past two days, I click on the MY FORMS tab, but I can't see any of my forms. Just a blank area. In the same window where it says CREATE FORM, nothing happens as well, so I was wondering what might be the current issue on this. I've never encountered this in the past.

    While logged in to your account, try going to http://www.jotform.com/page.php?p=myforms. I was having the same problem ever since they updated the format of "My Forms". Using the older "My Forms" theme worked for me, I hope it works for you.

    @Balt,

    Your forms are showing up from our side.

    Could you please try to clear your browser cache, and then check the My Forms link again? You can also try to open the page from other browser and/or ISP.

    @Educatrium,

    You do not have any forms under your educatrium account. It is possible that you have used a Guest account to manage the forms. We can help to find your form(s), please report the issue using a Contact Us form. If you have any links to your forms, please include these links into your post.

    @Wegoshop,

    First of all, thank you for your suggestion. Although I can see your forms and folders on the new version. It is possible that some script is not loading or not working right on your browser. We would be happy to investigate it further, for this please create a new thread.

    I am also having the same problem...they all show up, but once you click on them it's just blank. Please help!!

    this is christian from vision canada inc.

    this is a S.O.S message, because i have the same issue, I can t see neither my forms nor my submission

    my submissions do no more redirected to my email

    my jotform interface is VERY slow!

    and on top of that, reason why this is an SOS message for me, I CAN NOT CONTACT JOTFORM using the contact form. am not even sure this is going to be read by you guys, no telephone number, no email like support@.... so am stucked since days and i just had this idea of trying this way

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Most probably it could be a browser related issue. Have you cleared your browser cache already? Please clear your browser cache and that should solve your issue. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not selected the "Sender Email". That could be the reason why you are not receiving your submission emails. Please check your screenshot below: 

    You can select "noreply@jotform.com", "noreply@formresponse.com" or you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option. This guide should help you:

    thanks for your reply
    I cleared my cache as you suggested but it still doesnt work.
    after insisting several times, it shows the list of my forms (see screenshots) but them when i click on submissions it shows blank ...
    I even used my girlfriends laptop..., IE, Chrome, still the same, I cant believe it works at your end, dont know then what to do
