One of our forms is not accessible to people in Nigeria. Someone has had to use a VPN to get to the form. Could you help us sort this out. The ID is: 202318140621542

Kindly help us check this out.

    Regards,

The forms are supposed to be allowed in all regions.

If possible please ask the user to check their IP address at https://www.whatismyip.com/ and get back to us with the IP address. There is a chance that an individual IP address needs to be unblocked on our end.

The whole of Nigeria has no access to the form. We have several respondents who have complained.

    Hi Arnomerc,

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.

You can suggest your clients use a VPN when reviewing forms.

Also, you can download the full source code of your form and add it to your web page in order to move form files to your servers. Then, you can provide a link of your web page instead of form link: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    I hope this helps.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

What would be the cause of this? A VPN would cause a lot of inconvenience for most our users who don't know how to go about it.

Is there another way to sort out this?

Can you please share your IP address so that we can check https://www.whatismyip.com/?

May we know if you have tried using mobile data in accessing the form?

    Looking forward for your response.

I personally do not have a problem accessing the form. Like I said, we have users in Nigeria who have a problem accessing the form.

I am based in Kenya and we dont have an issue at all.

    Hi there,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

It's possible that it's being restricted by their ISP's (Internet service provider). Please try changing the domain of your form URL.

You may ask someone from Nigeria to try the following form URL below and see which one will work.

    https://form.jotform.com/202318140621542

    http://cdn.jotfor.ms/202318140621542

    http://form.jotform.me/202318140621542

    https://www.jotform.com/202318140621542

These are links to your form using different domains.

We look forward to your response.
