First, I'd like to mention that there are no current issues with JotForm servers and all forms should be functioning correctly. However, we cannot account for any forms that may be embedded on our user's websites.

Unfortunately, we do not have information regarding the details of your rent payment form. All forms and submissions are managed and saved in each individual account and only the form owner has access to that information.

If you are trying to make a payment on one of our user's forms, you will need to contact the form owner (your landlord) directly and ask about the payment form.
