Form Submission Email Structure

I am wondering how I can get the paragraph fields that show based on conditional logic in my forms to populate in the email that the person who submitted the form receives.

For example, the paragraphs go over what documentation we need to complete registration but I want the submitter to receive another copy of those requirements in the confirmation email to serve as a check list of sorts.

The screenshots I have included have examples of the answers that I need to have in the confirmation email as well as what the confirmation email currently looks like.

    Thanks!

    Hello!

    - I am wondering how I can get the paragraph fields that show based on conditional logic in my forms to populate in the email that the person who submitted the form receives.

There isn't a way to dynamically change email content based on conditions but you can create multiple email alerts (notifications / autoresponders), each dedicated to a specific case; edit those to add the applicable paragraph content in it.

Once done, "CHANGE E-MAIL RECIPIENT" conditions can then be created to change the email that needs to be sent as per the supplied values by the users.

Also, it is not possible to map paragraphs to the email content. You'll have to manually copy/paste paragraph texts into your email templates.

I hope this information helps. If you have any further queries, feel free to write back to us.

    Thank you!
