When I tried to set up a new account under the above email address, message said not valid:
When I try to log in to that same email account and select new password, message says an email will be sent to reset; however no email was received - and I checked my spam folder - not there either.

Hi,
I checked your account and it is deleted. I activated it back to good status. Could you please try resetting the password if you forgot it? Here's a guide:
