merging 2 accounts

    HI again,

    I've been speaking to you guys about merging 2 accounts to one.

    Hello Amanda,

    Sorry, but we cannot merge 2 accounts, but we can transfer forms from one account to another.

    If this works, then you can send us the request to transfer forms with the details below:

    (1) Provide us with the Username the Form(s) are on.

    (2) Tell us the Name(s) or Provide us with Links to the Form(s) you need us to Move.

    (3) Tell us the Username of the Account where you want your Form(s) and Data Transferred.

    Please note that we will need to receive this request from the account where the forms are currently located.

    This is Britt Miller, I have created whatever accounts we have with JotForm, and upgraded one of them (UtahTeamsters222@gmail.com ) to the silver status. I initially would have enrolled using gmail accounts, I believe because it is easy and I am lazy, and so the two accounts are utahteamsters222@gmail.com and ttirbo@gmail.com .
    Everything needs to be associated with the UtahTeamsters222@gmail.com account.

    Hello Britt - Unfortunately, we don't offer live phone support at the moment, so I'm afraid we cannot call you.

    Regarding the request, I can see that there were no forms on this account ttirbo (ttirbo@gmail.com). So if you want to only use the other account to create forms, I suggest deleting this account instead: ttirbo. Here's a guide on How-to-Delete-Account.
