I HAVE A Jotform account.... and i'm also helping Love Coach Academy with their survey and we were having lots of problems with jot forms integrating with Activecampaign
now when I'm in the love coach academy account - but i look for the support tickets... it takes me to my account.
help me please. I need to see those tickets.Paul

I suggest using different browsers when checking on multiple JotForm accounts since your browser might have cached the page hence you are seeing an unwanted content.
In addition, I suggest completely clearing your browser cache so that you can start anew.

Once done, please use different browser per account.
