I have a Jot form that emplyees are filling out as a training log. I want a way to verify that the person filling out the form is who they say they are. I thought the best way to do this would be to capture the username they used to log into our computer system.
Is this possible?
Is thgere a better method off verifying who filled out the form?

When you say computer system, do you mean capture the computer user account? I'm not sure if this is possible but you can take your form source code How to get your Form Source Code and inject custom scsipts that'd capture the username though I am not sure what programming language needed to capture the computer account. But, if you mean website platforms like Wordpress, Joomla, that's doable. Jut let us know here if you have further questions or if you require further assistance.

By the way, forms also capture submitters IP, if that helps.
While on your My Forms page, select form > Click Submissions. Follow this visual guides:

What I mean is to capture the Windows username of the person filling out the form.

Unfortunately that's not possible. I tried finding possible scripts via google and found nothing so I think there's no possible solution to this.
