How to share a form with another account holder

Hello, I made a form in a personal account, then I just purchased a work account.  I would like to send my forms created in my personal account to the new work account so I don't need to recreate them.  How can I do this?  Thanks

Sharing the form and its data is only possible with Enterprise. Anyway, we can transfer the form and its data to your other account. Just let us know which form in your account to transfer and the target account.

Then I created our Paid Silver Account as medcare@medcaretherapyservices.com
.
I would like to transfer or Clone the Form created under the free account (
medcaretherapyservices@gmail.com ) to the new paid account.
The form name is: MEDCARE THERAPY ASSIGNMENT OF INSURANCE BENEFITS,
CANCELLATION POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY
...
