I have a jotform subscription which I need to cancel for the summer months. I have tried to do it myself using the account settings from but when the new screen appears it says that my username or password are invalid. Please could you canel my subscription forthwith and let me know that my request has been fulfilled.

It looks like your subscription has been cancelled. If it wasn't you who cancelled then it's probably one of our support team members. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on May 16, 2011. You shall not be billed again thereafter.
Your account will remain intact, as a free one, so you should not have to worry about losing data in any way. If ever you feel the need to re-subscribe, please feel free to do so. Thank you for your business and have a great day.
