How can we authenticate users before form submission?

    We want a login mechanism for users who will submit the form. Can you have a builtin functionality in jotform.

    Hi kfatima1,

    Assigning forms to members will be beneficial to check authentication before submission. Only assigned people can view the form. You can follow these steps;

    1. Click the Publish tab at the top.

    2. Click the Assign Form on the left of the menu list.

    3. Click the Settings icon.

    4. Select the Company Access on the list.

    5. Select the Require organization email domain.


    Also, you can specify permission about submitting, editing and view options under the Permission Part of Settings.
