How can I disable the recaptcha when submitting the form?

I'm using the form for a quick survey and I'll have reps asking the question so I don't need the recaptcha check.  I simply want the agent to click submit, have the entry submitted and be prepared for the next user.

If a large number of submissions are received a captcha will appear. If all submissions are coming from the same IP, please provide it to us so we could whitelist it. If not, please send us the form URL, and we will forward your problem to our Developers and they will whitelist your form.
