We are not, and have not used the form builder in a while...also the amount of submissions we get keep us in the free or basic bracket. please remove the premium service. Why is there no phone number to contact, since you are unable to click the cancel subscription option via the computer?

Our record shows that you have successfully cancelled your subscription. When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires which is set on August 22, 2013.
