Form not functioning when trying to submit.

    Good day! I have received a few complaints from customers about the JotForm not functioning when trying to submit orders. Is there a fix for this?

    I cloned and tested the form and I was able to make a successful submission:

    I believe the issue is with the multiple Page Breaks on your field:

    Removing those unnecessary page breaks should solve the issue unless your uses are referring to some other issue?

    Thank you. I have removed three page breaks, hopefully this will fix the freezing issue.
    Additionally, do you know why there is an hour lag time before I receive the customer jot form in my email. Is there a way to make this process almost instant?
