Annual Subscription, refund for unused months

    I recently took advantage of your upgrade offer. My bronze license would have expired end November but I renewed before the end August deadline for the 50% silver offer. I now feel that I’ve lost the last 3 months on my bronze license, which I didn’t expect. Will you be making a pro rated refund for this?

    As per your request,  we have issued a prorated refund. The refund should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
    Also, you will need to cancel the subscription for Bronze plan in your Paypal account to avoid Bronze renewal.
