    I have emailed Plimus Customer Services several times now but receive no response. Can you please contact me urgently in relation to this. The order number is 56667120.

    Can you specify what your reason is for contacting Plimus? Perhaps, we can help you with your issue. I've taken a look into your account. It seems that you have paid a part of the total price of the subscription that is why your account is still listed as free.
