How can I start entering a submission, leaving the Signature blank, then send to a consumer to add their signature?

    For completing a Release of Information, like requesting a person's medical records, it requires the consumer's signature.

    How can I can certain selections/identify which clinic on the form (so the consumer doesn't have to/doesn't do it wrong) and then send the "draft" to the consumer so they only need to add their signature?

    Is this possible? Or any other ideas?

    I am afraid due to HIPAA compliance we cannot provide such functionality.

    For Non-HIPAA accounts, we can recommend the prepopulation of form fields via URL parameters.
