Missing Files

    We are missing files.  We presently have 223 individual submissions.  However, when we attenmpt to view all of these files, we are missing a significant number.  This seem to be a problem with other files, but not as significant as the other files.  We need help.

    We apologize for inconvenience. Can you please share to us the URL link of your form that have this issue. You have a lot of forms on the account already, so we're not able to immediately identify which form.

    We are also trying register in backup Jotform and it will not allow us.

    Unfortunately, we won't be able to view your data since your account is on HIPAA server. Are you able to provide us the list of submission IDs?

    If the submission is missing then you won't be able to find this in your submission page, however, you can pull this information from your activity logs. Kindly send us the submission ID's that went missing in your submissions.

    Please follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History to check the email history and capture the submission ID and list them with your response.

    There is no history that says Email sent to recipient. This critical information that is needed for patient care. We have also attempted to launch your backup program with no success

    Next to the name is a number that differs from the name under the file name[Image.jpeg]
