Share form for use, but not for editing

I want to share a form with multiple people (service techs), so they can fill it out any time they need to (it's a service call form, to be filled out on every service call). I'd like them to be able to fill the form, but that's it. They don't need to edit the form or view past submissions. I don't want the preferences to change (i.e. I want the email to still come to me). I basically want it as if I handed them my tablet and said "Fill out this form", but so they can do it multiple times, any time they need it. Can this be done? Would they need their own accounts? I want them to be able to use the mobile app.

If I understood correctly you want your staff to use the form through the JotForm mobile app. Well in that case they will need JotForm account to use the Mobile App. You'll assign them your form with restrictions so they can only fill out the form.
