Upgraded price not showing discount

    Hi there 

    I took part in the upgraded discount offer and upgraded to silver 

    just had a bill through for 39.00


    If this is correct then I would like to be returned to bronze

    feeling disappointed

    Hi there,

    Yes, that is correct. You got charged the full amount for a monthly subscription. The reason is that 50% off summer sale is only available for a year and 2-year plan.

    Would you like to go for the yearly plan or proceed with the refund?

    Basically in monthly plan we charge you payment on a monthly basis.Expiration time is limited to the month from the date of subscription.

    But in a yearly plan we charge you once a year. This allows the expiration time limited to a year from the date of subscription.

    Your account was in Monthly plan. If you would like to go for a yearly plan then you have to downgrade the present Monthly subscription, ask a refund and do upgrade a Silver plan choosing yearly option.
