    Form Popup Not Showing In SmartPhone

    Hello,

    My client woke me up screaming at me because his pop-up JotForm is not responding
    on smartphones:

    I have inserted the CSS code suggested by your techs -- but it is still not working. Perhaps
    I did it wrong.

    I must get this fixed immediately. Any help would be very appreciated.

    I have checked your webpage and it appears to be working perfectly. The reason why the popup might not be working is probably because the popup blocker of your client smartphone is enabled. Can you please ask your client to check the smartphone popup blocker setting and see if it is enabled?

    jefreylandicho, Thank you for your reply. Are you saying the form is working on your smartphone? Because it is not on mine, or my client's. It is filling up the entire screen, so that it cannot be clicked out of (no one can access his website).

    I'm going to start a fresh ticket. Someone changed the title of my post, and that is not my problem.
    The form DOES show on mobiles -- but it fills the screen so that no one can click out of it and access website. Plus, there has been no response since 9:35 ET, and my client is breathing down my neck.
