Mobile jotform PDF title

    Hi,

    When I downloaded my form submission from Desktop, the PDF title was as I wrote in PDF FILE NAME, name of my customer+type of service that they chose. However, whenever I downloaded it through the mobile app, it showed only numbers (shown in the screesnhot).


    Please help.

    As I've reviewed, there is no PDF Editor within the mobile app, as such, I assume you have instead downloaded the PDF while viewing the submissions.

    I tried to download a test submission and it gave me the submission ID as the file name.

    If you wish to download the PDF with the specified file name you have within the PDF Editor, I suggest opening the form within your mobile browser instead so that you can have the actual PDF Editor page.
