Our JotForm program administrator (Charlene Elliott) has shared a form with me but it does not show up on my forms list.

To view the form that was shared with you please follow the instructions below.
If you are still unable to see the form after following the instructions, please clear your browser cache and try again.

When I select My Forms, the “Shared with you” tab does not show up.
I was advised to do this before & was not an option then either.

Can you confirm if you have already tried to clear your browser cache? I was able to see the Shared With you tab in your jotform account. Please click on this link for instructions on how to clear your browser cache. You might also want to try clearing your browser cookies. If the problem still exist please let us know the browser that you are using so that we can assist you better.
