Offline form access

Hi, I have a form that i use with the app and may not have mobile data when I need to access the form. I have set the form as an offline form but I can not gain entry to the app when I do not have cell data or wifi. The app restarts as the enter password screen every time - it isnt online so it can not verify my password and username -I therefore can not gain access to the form.

I'm using an Andriod cell phone running android 10.

You can use the form offline with the JotForm Mobile app. I believe it is a mobile settings issue. I tried my Mobile App using android and it is not logging out when I disable the internet connection.
