I just added another textbox to my form.

I just added another textbox to my form. I use the javascript embed option but I do not see the changed. I tried clearing the cache as well and no success. Any help would be appreciated.

Please provide the URL of the page in which the form is embedded so that we can view it in context and get a better handle on why this problem is occuring. There could be a couple reasons like using the format http://form.jotform.com/ instead of http://www.jotform.com/form/ for instance.
