The Notification I received was incomplete.

    We had someone fill out and submit our form. Then I received an autoresponder which did not have all of the information included. All the information was however displayed on the jotforms website when I "viewed submissions."

     

    Please help!

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I cloned your form and I created a new Notification and a new Autoresponder, then made some tests. I submitted the form, but I was not able to reproduce the issue. There was missing information but it was because of the coditionns you have created.

    I would recommend you to create a new Notification and a new Autoresponder, also make sure if your conditions are not interfering, but the issue still persists don't hesitate to contact us.

    Actually I couldn't take the entire screen to show you the image, that's why all the information doesn't appear. But I would like to know if you did what I suggested and if you did it, did it work?
