    Hi there, 

    Is there a way to make sure that my card is not automatically billed at the next billing period. I would prefer to pay manually.

    Hello Shannon - Thanks for reaching out.

    You can opt to downgrade your account back to FREE on your account billing page to stop the auto-renewal of your subscription. Your account will remain under the Bronze plan until your subscription date ends.
