I cant seem to encript my form

Please help, when i try to encrypt my form Data it says to enter my password, when i do it says my password is incorrect. I have reset my password and it is still not working. Please adivse.

I've checked it in my account and it is working here. Please try clearing your form cache and browser cache. Then try it again.
