Greetings.
Unfortunately, currently, it is not possible to prepopulate fields from the App you have created. I will forward this problem to our Developers, and as soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi Bojan_J,
Thanks for your Support,
OK will waiting for your good news for that.
But if we assign that form to our users, then they access the form via login on jotform apps.
Can we prepopulate their user and email information to our form?
I've looking on this thread, that JotForm Support Team mention from July 10, 2020 new feature already released for name and email fields will be automatically populated.
But I cannot follow up that thread, is there any widget setting that need to configure to using that auto populated feature?
Many thanks for your support

Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available.
If you wish to prepopulate forms fields, you can also use Spreadsheet to form widget.
With it, you can upload a Spreadsheet with user information, and then your users can enter a unique ID, and then the fields in the form will be automatically populated from the data in the spreadsheet. You can click here to learn more.
Let us know if this solution will work for you.
