NOt using acocunt for create form

Why i am not able to create forms,

I am creating a website for user registration so i have creat username password feilds in this  form.

Kindly resolved the issue

As you mentioned about the password field, you can see in Terms and Conditions that password and related credentials are not as per the terms and it may result in auto suspension.
