    Conditional Email Notifications

    I received a response regarding my question about conditional email notifications for my forms - specifically Form 31574376157965 - and I can't seem to find the post in the forum. 

    I'm following up to ask - if the JotForm is sending the notifications successfully - then why aren't those additional email addresses in the header email that I receive?   I only see my email address - and none of the others who are supposed to receive the notification.

    I beleive Kade answered your inquiry here.

    On the notification, as long as you have included the email addresses that needs to receive the notification here.

     

    You should not have any issue receiving them, as long as they are not in the bounce list.

    You seperate email addresses with comma and space.

    I can see that you have set one email only for the notification. So may I know what mutiple email are you refering to, so that we could assist you with it?

    I would like to add that your condition is configured to send to both k*****@n******.com and j******@m*************.com email addresses if Townhomes by NV Homes option is checked.

    Please do a real form submission to see if emails are working right.
