Can't change the backrgound of the form.

    Hello, 

    For some reason each time I upload a new image for the form background, it keeps reverting back to an old one. Even after the changes have saved. How do I stop this from happening?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    As I understand, you are referring to this form below:

    This is the current background image it has:

    Do you want to use a background image that appears under Form Designer?

    If that's a case, please try to remove the image and re-upload it:

    If the issue still persists, you can choose any of the THEMES options and then move to the CUSTOM tab and upload the desired image (note that your selected color palette will be changed with colors that theme has). 

    Otherwise, you may let us check and try to update the background image. I've tried on the cloned version of your form and it works without any issues.

    Please check and let us know if you are referring to the other form.

    I've changed the theme, and then re-uploaded the photo, but I still have the same problem. 

    When I go to preview the form, the image works, but when I go and access a live link to the form, it goes back to that original photograph. It's really confusing, and I'm not sure why it's doing that. 

    Is someone able to help?

    Hi,

    I've checked your form and seems background image has been changed already:

    Could you please clear your browser's cache and check again? Seems it cached previous background image and shows that every time. 

    You can also try to open the form using another browser or device and confirm if the issue still persists.

    It has now changed the background, however, I noticed there was a mistake on the photo, (the brick wall didn't cover the entire background, so I had to change it again) 

    When I updated the photograph (with the brick wall extending the entire background), I had the same problem as last time. Is there a delay in photographs updating?

    Depending on the size of the image uploaded, and other factors, there might be some delays.

    I have checked your form, and I can say the background image looks perfect.
