Nothing changed on our end and the files are not being synced anymore. I have to manually go online to recieve them, I am not too familiar with Jotform since I have only been here as the IT manager for a little over 2 months now.
Can you advise what things I should be looking for and what steps I need to take to get it working?
Are there any settings on the Jotform site, I need to look at?

From your email I got that your company's Jotform account is different from the one that you are currently using. Can you let us know the jotform url and/or the email address that the submissions should be sent to so that we can review the problem. Can you also confirm if the issue is related to you not receiving submissions via email any more or if it is something different. Once we have received the requested information we will be able to assist you better.
