Files submitted by client not named correctly

    When a client used to upload a file via our upload form, there would be a folder with the clients name on my DropBox. Now, they come across as numbers (see attached for before and after). Did something change? Is there an update I need to make?

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. As I've check your Dropbox Configuration via form's submissions page, I can see that it set to Submission ID as Default Folder Name which causing the issue.
