Zoom integration issue and appointment

    I have integrated with zoom, but our attendees are not receiving their links.  Please advise.

    If you are referring to the Virtual CAS Evaluations form, the attendees are supposed to receive:

    1) Autoresponder email from JotForm with their submission details.
    2) Meeting registration email from Zoom.

    Zoom integration seems to be configured properly in your form.

    Are you still having some issues with the Virtual CAS Evaluations or some other form?

    Our meeting attendees are receiving their autoresponder emails from jotform, but they are not getting the meeting registration email from zoom.

    I checked my zoom information, and it says that the meeting id is not generating automatically, they are using our personal meeting id room.  Could that be the issue? 

    I have 93 registrations that I need to manually email registration links, so I just want to make sure that I get this fixed before anyone else registers.

    Hi @keritwirl, 

    I've cloned your form, uTwirl 2020, and it appears to be setup correctly. It's possible that the personal ID room is the issue, can you just let me know where you set that up - I quite see it in the options I have here.
