When users sign their name using the Electronic signature everything is fine, but when I check the document in my "my submissions" page the signature is white a long with the background and I can see it. How do I make the signature see able?
Also, everytime someone puts in a submission it emails me a copy of the document, and I can't see the signature in the email copy either.

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I've cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I will now submit a ticket to our dev team with regards on this issue.
In the meantime, you can inject some custom css into your form in order to change the color of e-signature from white to any color so that it will visible on email notification you received.
This is the codes you need: http://www.jotform.me/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
color: red !important;
To see how it works, please take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/PuA7tBeRwZE
