I need to add the following html code to a survey, but I don't know which element to use. I found some very old comments making reference to a Free Text field, but I couldn't find it. Please let me know which field to use, and where should I paste the code.

    <div class="saia-widget-container"></div><script id="saia-mtm-integration" async src="https://mtm-widget.3dlook.me/integration.js" data-public-key="MzU4NQ:1kAKDh:qyGYe6ugP5r2ODWUH2GShv6KDto"></script>

Please try using the paragraph field, here's a screenshot for reference.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi, thank you for your prompt response. I tried using Paragraph, but I must be missing something, since the code doesn't run. I would appreciate if you could walk me through the steps. I have tried pasting the code, but when I publish the form it doesn't work. I'm attaching images of the form in edit and publish mode as a reference.

This is the form I'm working on: https://form.jotform.com/202366718764867

Finally, I was able to make the code run using the Toggled Content element, but it is not what I'm looking for; attached you'll find an image of how it looks. This is a confirmation that the code is working correctly.

    I appreciate your assistance.

Thank you for the update. We are sorry that the basic field elements are not allowed to add with any HTML or Javascript code and it shall be automatically truncated due to security related issues. This is why it isn't working on the form with the Paragraph field. However, the widgets are loaded using iFrame and uses a different domain in which the code worked with The Toggled Content element widget on your form.

    Thanks!
