Email not received by submitter

    Hi team,

    one of my team here ( doesn't receive the 'submitter' emails...

    but, when i send her the submission from the Sheets, she receives that correctly.

    I've reviewed her email settings, there's no filter / spam and is marked as a safe sender.

    other people in my company are able to recieve the emails properly.

    I see you have two conditions to trigger the email. So please be noted that the notification and the autoresponse will only be triggered only when the conditions are true.

    Please check the submissions if it has the value that should trigger the emails.
