A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at <URL> was set without the `SameSite` attribute. It has been blocked, as Chrome now only delivers cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at <URL> and <URL>.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

May we know if you are having the same issue when you try submitting your form from its direct link, not on where it is embedded, please?

Also, when can you test the form on your website using a different web browser and/or different device, please?

You may also try disabling first your web browser's extensions and test your form again after.

We will wait for your response.

We are sorry for all the troubles this has caused you.

As I have verified the escalated ticket is in our priority list, and there's a dedicated team that's currently assigned to it to isolate the issue.

I will relay your message to them, and request for any updates. We will keep you posted via this ticket. Would it be fine to try using the Product List field to integrate Pay U? If it is okay with you, please follow the steps below:

    1) Delete the existing PayU payment field on your form then add the Product List field:

    1600019070_5f5e5a7ef2a81_undefined

Don't worry, the list of your products will be automatically moved on this field so you wouldn't have to set it up again.

    2) Then click on the Add Payment Integration icon then select PayU integration on the list:

    1600019384_5f5e5bb845a5f_form.gif

    3) Then after integrating PayU, re-embed the form to your website.

    For reference: https://www.jotform.com/blog/introducing-product-list-form-field/

I have cloned your form and replaced the PayU field with Product list, you can clone this form to your account and complete the integration. Then try embedding the cloned form to your website, let's see if this will make a difference: https://form.jotform.com/202565251427957

Please do let us know how it goes. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

As per your instructions, my form is already added using product list.

It is working with direct link, Only problem is when I try embedding the form.

Upon checking the form, it seems that it's still using the PayU payment field:

Here's what it should look like, using the Product List field:

    Hi,

I am afraid if this issue could be solved. As I googled I found many are facing problems with embedding payu payment gateway code in website. Never found a solution in those threads. The only answer I found for past 2 to 3 years posts is "not received any solution from developers, will let you know once received."

Please let me know if embedded code works for payu. If not will have to check other solution myself.

We are sorry for all the trouble this has caused you.

You may try using the embed code method; we usually advise the users to use the iframe codes when embedding the form to a third-party website because it can prevent any conflicts with other script codes since the codes are called inside an iframe. Nevertheless, you can still try to use other embed codes available in your form.

    For reference: Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

As for the ticket, I can see that there's already a dedicated team working on it, and as my colleague also mentioned that it is on our priority list.

Please let us know how it goes. We highly appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We still do not have any updates from the backend team.

While waiting, you can clone the form and try using other payment processors and see if the issue still persists.

    Thanks for the details.

If they say iFrames do not work, it must be a conflict between their end and the Jotform code, this ticket will remain open so our developers can be aware of this and a workaround can be developed.

    Thanks.
