    Error 522 Connection Time Out appears once the form is loaded. Might be a problem with Australian based users

    Hi,

     

    I'm not a pro on this kind of stuff but it is displaying correctly on my end.

     

    1) Try to clear your browser cache and cookies.

    2) Try using different browser.

    That might be a temporary server hiccup. You may try it again this time and consider Athans suggestions.

    Hi guys...just letting you know that this issue has not been resolved. I cannot view (within a browser) any of my forms whether they have been embeded in a website or not. I realise you (Jotform team) are able to see the forms OK... Could this be some sort of Australian based server issue?

    I have noticed another Jotform user 'Apparitions' (Australian based) is experiencing exactly the same issues???

    Hi Rubes,

    I double checked this with cloudflare one of our security layer and it seems to be fine. https://www.cloudflare.com/system-status. They don't have issues in your location. 

    Our current uptime in the last 7 days is 100%: http://stats.pingdom.com/p9yo4pogtt5d/416987

    If we have issues on specific locations our higher team should be aware on it and they'd post an updates in our status blog: http://jotformstatus.com/. As of today, we have no trending reports from thousands of Australian users so I have no clue where the problem lies, if it's from our side, it might be temporary. Please advise your clients to check everything on his side, if he is using proxies, ask him to disable it or advise to diagnose the problem with different ISP.

    Info below between the dashed lines...(written by Jotform Support member Welvin) from another user experiencing exactly the same issues???

    Whats interesting is that when i selected the 'How to clear your form cache' link (below) i get the same error as when i try to view my forms... Error 552 (as above attached image) 

    Why would one of your own website links (i.e not a form) give this same error???

    Hi,

    Good day! Please try to re-embed your form using our iFrame Method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes. After that, clear your browsers cache. Also,clear your Forms Cache by following this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache.

    Not sure if you read the other replies from Jotform support????

    EltonChris (7th Aug) has already determined that you guys can see the form.....It's the fact that we (down here in Australia) cannot see the form....we are getting an Error 522

    IMPORTANTLY...i have also noticed i cannot acces ANY Jotform templates...The same Error 522 occurs???

    The problem is now submitted to our higher team.

    Let me also suggest to do a clear cache as of now as it seems to have resolved already from the other user who reported the same. I found it when I search in forum. You may also try it with different browsers, clear cache and check the current issue. If the problem still persist, kindly inform us here so we can add it on the report ticket.

    We are having the same issue with one computer. The form is accessible from everywhere except one computer and on all browsers on that computer. It is baffling

    Some additional information...

    I have contacted many colleagues re this issue. ALL can view the form so the problem appears to be related to my Internet service provider in Australia (Telstra). All the computers that run off the same network do not show the form either so one would assume it it not specific to my computer

    Could this be possible???

    Jotform people...you have gone quiet...Can you please let me know if you are still assisting me to resolve my issue.

    Yes. This is possible. As you have mentioned already, the issue seems to be isolated to your ISP only.

    Can you please confirm also if the connection error 522 only happens when opening this URL http://new.yallingupbeach.com.au/index.php/ct-menu-item-2

    I am assuming that you can browse on other pages, just like you were able to reply into this forum thread.

    You may also review this article Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses, perhaps adding to the Whitelist the mentioned domains can resolve this issue.

    NO the error 522 also happens when i view all (except one? - bizarre!) of the FORM TEMPLATES accessed at the top of the Jotform website. This has only been occuring for about 1.5-2 weeks. I am starting to think my ISP has banned the jotform site possibly due to phishing???

    Can you try this URL?

    In the past we had some users experienced problems with our CDN and we made this URL for those users. It will not use our CDN and it will disable it for 10 days using a cookie.

    It was NOT my response...

    that is the response from the URL...basically some sort or error message.

    Also...please remember we also have significant time differences which appears to be adding to the confusing replies? (I am located in Perth - Western Australia)
