JotForm Widgets :: How to create Configurable list widget with two text fields and photo picker/taker?

i need a configurable list widget, that also has option of image upload/photo taker,

basically the same as the existing configurable list widget that is available , but possibility of adding a photo as well when required

Unfortunately, the Configurable list widget does not support uploading images or photo taker field. Also, conditions in the configurable list data are not working. You can use them separately with different widgets. As an example from one possible path;

1. Adding a configurable list widget to get two text fields.

2. Then, adding File Upload element into your form.

3. Go to File Upload Property

4. Click Options at the tab.

5. Choose your file type or types.

6. Finally, drag and drop the Take Photo widget.
